When do I get paid for ticket sales on SocialLoop?
Your share of each ticket sale is released to your Stripe account at the later of 7 days after the sale or 3 days after the event ends; new hosts have 10% held until 7 days after the event. Stripe then pays your bank on your payout schedule, weekly on Fridays for new Stripe accounts created through SocialLoop.

| Ticket sold | Event ends | Released |
|---|---|---|
| 3 weeks before the event | Saturday | The Tuesday after the event |
| 2 days before the event | Saturday | 7 days after the sale |
The hold protects you and your guests if a charge is disputed after the event. You can change how often Stripe pays your bank in your Stripe dashboard.
You can see what you have earned in Revenue & Payouts for each event, and across events in Account, then Payouts.
Is any of my payout held back if I am new to SocialLoop?
Yes. Until you have run 3 events on SocialLoop with no chargebacks, 10% of each release is held as a reserve and paid to you 7 days after the event. Payouts also wait until at least $10 is ready to send.
Can I get paid for ticket sales before my event happens?
No. On SocialLoop, your share of a sale is released 3 days after the event at the earliest, so money from advance sales arrives after the event. Plan deposits and up-front costs with that in mind.
