How much does SocialLoop cost?

Is there really a free tier?
Yes. The Free plan is genuinely usable — 1 event per month, 25 invitations per week, AI event creation, 1 Immersive Invitation page per month, 10 SMS per month, and the mobile check-in scanner. No credit card required. Most hosts start here and upgrade when they hit a plan limit.
How does the ticket fee work?
When you sell a paid ticket on SocialLoop, the platform takes a percentage of the ticket price. That percentage declines as you grow: 5% on Free, 4% on Premium, 3% on Pro, and 1.5% on Max. Free RSVPs always have zero fee. The more you scale, the less you pay per ticket.
Do all plans include the same features?
Every plan includes the core toolset — AI event creation, Immersive Invitations, ticketing, the distribution hub, and the affiliate / community-partner program. Plans differ by how much you can use each month (events per month, weekly invitations, Immersive pages, sending reach) and by your ticket fee. You pay for the volume you need, not for unlocking features.
How does the affiliate / community-partner program work?
You set the commission rate per ticket tier — that commission is paid out of your ticket revenue (you keep the rest, minus the platform fee for your plan). Stripe Connect handles the payout automatically after the event. There's no additional platform fee for running affiliates.
How many Immersive Invitations do I get?
Free includes 1 AI-generated Immersive Invitation page per month, Premium includes 3, Pro includes 5, and Max includes 8. Every tier can create them — the monthly allotment is what changes.
What's the difference between Pro and Max?
Pro caps events at 10 per month and weekly invitations at 1,000, with full analytics and the distribution hub. Max removes the event cap entirely (unlimited events per month, unlimited lists / communities), raises weekly invitations to 5,000, lifts staff to 10 per event, grows campaign reach to 30,000 marketing emails and 3,000 SMS per month (Pro includes 10,000 marketing emails and 500 SMS per month), and drops the ticket fee to 1.5%. Max fits teams running a high volume of events.
Need more weekly reach without changing plans?
Yes — send-volume add-ons let you raise your weekly invitation ceiling on top of any plan, in fixed steps (for example +10,000 or +25,000 sends per week), without moving up a tier. Blasts to your existing event guests always stay unlimited and free.
Can I switch plans?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade anytime. Switching prorates the difference, so you're only charged for what you use.
Do you offer enterprise / custom plans?
Max is the highest self-serve tier. For larger orgs needing volume-specific terms, a dedicated CSM, or custom contracts, get in touch — we work with teams running multi-thousand-attendee conference series and recurring event programs at scale.
How do annual plans save money?
Annual billing saves about 17% vs. monthly. Premium: $199.99/year vs $239.88 on monthly. Pro: $499.99/year vs $599.88. Max: $1,299.99/year vs $1,559.88. Same features, billed once.
What happens if I exceed my plan limits?
You'll be prompted to upgrade when you hit a limit (for example, trying to publish your 11th event in the same month on Pro). Events you've already published keep running; you just can't publish new ones until you upgrade or until your monthly quota resets at the start of next month.
