What does SocialLoop charge to sell tickets?
The platform fee on paid tickets is 5% on every plan, and card processing is 3.4% + 30¢ per order. By default the fees are passed to the buyer, so you receive your full ticket price. Free RSVPs carry no fees, and plans change how much you can do each month, never the fee.

| Ticket price | Fees passed: buyer pays | Fees passed: you receive | Fees absorbed: buyer pays | Fees absorbed: you receive |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| $25.00 | $28.00 | $25.00 | $25.00 | $22.60 |
| $40.00 | $44.31 | $40.00 | $40.00 | $36.34 |
Card processing is 3.4% + 30¢ per order. When fees are passed to the buyer, which is the default, a 50¢ service charge, kept by SocialLoop, is added and the platform fee has a $1 minimum per order, never more than the order itself.
Promoter commission, if you run promoters, comes out of what you receive.
Does a higher SocialLoop plan lower the ticket fee?
No. The platform fee is 5% on every plan. Paid plans raise monthly limits such as events, invitations, emails and texts; they never change the fee on a ticket.
