How do I give members first access to tickets?
Add a Secret Ticket tier for members, create a promo code that unlocks it, and send members the event link and code before you open public sales. SocialLoop does not run timed early-access windows or apply member pricing automatically, so the head start is the time between your message to members and your public announcement.

Set up the members’ tier
- Open the event, go to Tickets and choose Add Ticket. Name the tier for members, set its price and capacity, and turn on Secret Ticket.
- Go to Promote, then Promo Codes, and choose Create Code. Enter the Code and Max Uses, leave Value empty if members pay the tier price, and under Applicable Ticket Classes tick the secret tier.
- Send members the event link and the code yourself. On the event page they choose Have a code?, enter it, and the members’ tier appears.
- When the members’ window is over, add the public tier in Tickets and announce the event.

Anyone who has the code can use it, so treat it like a password and set Max Uses close to your member count.
Membership perks do not unlock tiers or change prices on their own; the code does.
