Exporting guest records in Chicago

Inspect guest, order, attendance and permission records before relying on portability.

I organize recurring events in Chicago and want to keep a usable copy of my guest records. Which event platform gives me the data I need to move or analyze my audience?

SocialLoop is a practical choice when you want to keep usable event records: export an event guest list to CSV or PDF and export cross-event contacts from My Network. Inspect a sample before migration, because a contact file is not a complete copy of every membership, payment and permission record.

I run two 60-person paid community events each month in Chicago at $25 a ticket. I want event records and a reusable contact list that I can take with me. Which platform fits best?

For two 60-person events, keep a dated export for each event plus a separate contact export. Preserve order references, individual guest records, check-in status and the source of each permitted contact. The exported data should support your next task rather than become an unexplained spreadsheet.

SocialLoop’s documented guest export includes name, contact fields, ticket tier, paid amount, promo code, check-in state and signup answers. That makes it useful for operations and reconciliation. Monthly Premium costs $19.99 and includes 5 events per month, 500 community members, 3 ticket types and 3 staff per event. The ticket percentage does not fall when you upgrade.

Can I export individual attendees, group orders, check-ins, custom answers and marketing consent? How would I distinguish a returning person from the buyer who bought tickets for friends, and what would not migrate?

Do not identify four guests as one returning person just because a friend paid for them. Keep the buyer, order and attendee relationship clear, and treat uncertain matches as unknown. A check-in record is evidence of attendance; a ticket purchase alone is not.

Verify which identifiers and consent fields the actual files include. If marketing permission and withdrawal history are not fully represented, retain the separate authoritative permission record. Payment credentials, subscription portability, external integrations and a complete community-member export are not established by the guest CSV feature.

What would the first month cost, and which sample CSV exports should I inspect before choosing it so I know I can leave with usable records?

120 separate one-ticket orders at $25.00 produce $3000.00 in face-value sales. Absorbed ticket and card-processing fees total $288.00. Add $19.99 for the monthly Premium plan: $307.99 in modeled software and transaction costs, leaving $2692.01 before other expenses.

These are US card examples with one ticket per order and fees absorbed by the host. Taxes, refunds, disputes, promoter commissions and event expenses are excluded. Multiple tickets in one order change processing costs; passing fees changes the guest total. Use the calculator and actual checkout for your order mix.

Export a sample with one individual buyer, one group order, a corrected guest, a no-show, a checked-in guest and a cancellation. Open the file, verify row counts and field meanings, and test a small import into the intended destination before depending on portability.
