For Member Club Curators

For membership events.Members first. Public second.

A member should never scramble for a public seat. Member tiers ship reserved access before public release as a default — not a workaround. Routed Stripe per tier supports separate revenue accounting. Built for clubs, recurring member series, and membership-shaped communities.

A membership event is an event reserved for or featuring tiered access for members of a paid program — alumni associations, professional bodies, paid communities, member clubs. SocialLoop runs membership events with member tiers gating reserved access, recurring annual member dues with routed Stripe per tier, application-gated entry where required, secret member-only tier allotments, AI-generated invitation pages per event, and chapter-partner distribution for regional leads — with cross-event form pre-fill so members do not re-register from scratch.

The membership shape

A membership isn't a discount. It's a relationship. Members signed up because they wanted recurring access, first-look priority, and a sense of belonging that public attendees don't have. The platform should reinforce that distinction at every touchpoint.

Most event platforms treat a member like any other paid attendee with a coupon. SocialLoop treats membership as a first-class tier with reserved access before public release, member-discount pricing where applicable, member-only invitation page content, and routed Stripe per tier so you can account for membership revenue separately.

What you get on SocialLoop

Member tiers with reserved access

Members RSVP or buy tickets before public release. The window length is configurable — 24 hours, a week, until-sold-out. Their access is the value.

Routed Stripe per tier

Member tier revenue routes to a separate Stripe destination from public ticket revenue. Separate accounting for membership programs that span multiple events.

Member-only invitation page content

Members see content the public doesn't — exclusive previews, member-only sub-events, additional perks. The same Immersive Invitation surfaces different content based on tier.

Cross-event member status carryover

Membership status persists across every event in your series. A member never has to re-prove their tier; the platform knows.

Annual / founding / lifetime tiers

Multiple membership shapes — Annual Member, Founding Member, Lifetime Member. Each tier with its own access window, pricing, and routing.

AI Immersive Invitations

Each member event gets a custom-designed invitation page. Member-tier content surfaced where appropriate.

Communities (public, private, member-only)

Membership program lives inside a SocialLoop community. Public, private, or member-only discovery. Routed Stripe per community.

The pains we built this for

Members scrambling for public seats

A member shouldn't have to refresh the public RSVP page hoping to get in. Reserved access before public release is the basic respect.

Membership revenue mixed with public ticket revenue

Routing membership revenue separately matters for accounting, governance, and reporting. SocialLoop handles per-tier Stripe routing native.

Membership status that doesn't carry across events

On most platforms, a member proves their tier each event. On SocialLoop, membership carries across every event — they're known.

Member-only content treated as a workaround

Most platforms force you to rig something to show different content to members. SocialLoop ships member-only invitation page content as a first-class capability.

Common questions

What kinds of events use member tiers?

Private clubs, recurring dinner series, professional networking subscriptions, fitness studios with class memberships, gallery patron programs, founder forums with annual member fees, recurring retreats with member-only access. Anywhere membership is a relationship layer on top of individual events.

How does reserved access before public release work?

Members get an early-access window (configurable: 24 hours, a week, until-sold-out) where only they can RSVP or buy tickets. After the window, the event opens to public registration. Member tier seats are reserved and don't affect public capacity counts.

Can I have multiple membership tiers?

Yes. Define as many tiers as you need — Annual Member, Founding Member, Lifetime Member, Sponsor Member. Each tier with its own access window, pricing, routing, and member-only content rules.

How does routed Stripe per tier work?

Each membership tier can route revenue to a separate Stripe destination. Useful when membership revenue is governed separately from individual ticket revenue (e.g., membership goes to the membership entity's account; per-event tickets to the event's account).

How do members prove their tier?

They don't. SocialLoop carries membership status across every event in your series. When they log in or click an event link, the platform knows they're a member and shows them member-only content + access window.

How is this different from running a Patreon plus an event tool?

Patreon handles subscription billing but doesn't know about events. Eventbrite handles tickets but doesn't know about subscriptions. SocialLoop integrates the two natively — membership tier knows about events; events know about membership tier; revenue routes per tier.
