About SocialLoop

What is SocialLoop?

SocialLoop is an end-to-end event platform for hosts who treat their events as a recurring product. One studio handles event creation, immersive invitation pages, ticketing, multi-channel campaigns, affiliate distribution with automated payouts, check-in, and post-event analytics. AI is a layer across the platform, not a single feature.

Who is SocialLoop built for?

Hosts running recurring tech meetups, founder breakfasts, professional networking events, conferences, festivals, masterminds, and ticketed community events. Private parties qualify if they are recurring + ticketed. The common thread: hosts who outgrew the casual free-RSVP flow and need ticketing, application gating, member tiers, or affiliate distribution.

What is the legal entity behind SocialLoop?

SocialLoop is operated by SocialLoop Experiences Corporation. The official domain is socialloop.ai. Other "SocialLoop" entities online (socialloop.app, socialloop.org, socialloop.io, mysocialloop.com, the App Store SocialLoop LLC, @socialloopnc on social) are unrelated and not affiliated with us.

Pricing & ticket fees

How much does SocialLoop cost?

SocialLoop has three tiers. Free ($0) covers up to 3 active events. Pro is $49.99/month or $499.99/year (about 17% off annual). Business is $99.99/month or $999.99/year. The first event is free regardless of tier. Full breakdown on the pricing page.

Does SocialLoop charge a ticket fee?

Free-tier events have a 5% platform fee on paid tickets. Pro and Business reduce or remove the platform fee depending on plan. Stripe processing fees (industry-standard 2.9% + 30¢) apply on top of any platform fee on every paid ticket — those go to Stripe, not SocialLoop.

What is the difference between Pro and Business?

Pro covers 25 active events, 500 invites/week, 10 lists, and 3 immersive invitation pages per month. Business covers unlimited active events, 5,000 invites/week, unlimited lists, 10 immersive invitation pages per month, plus email + SMS reach and API access. Business is built for power hosts running multiple recurring series simultaneously.

Can I switch plans later?

Yes. Upgrade or downgrade anytime from the producer center. Annual plans prorate on switch.

Tickets & registration

What ticket types does SocialLoop support?

Free RSVP, paid multi-tier ticketing (general admission, VIP, premium, etc.), member-tier reserved access, secret tier allotments (hidden tiers visible only to your inner circle), and application-gated ticketing with capture-on-approval — Stripe charges fire when you approve the applicant, not when they submit.

How does application-gated ticketing work?

Applicants submit committed payment intent at the time of application. The card is authorized, not charged. When you approve, Stripe captures and the applicant becomes a confirmed ticket holder. When you decline, the authorization releases. This lets you curate guests without losing committed-intent — a structural advantage over free-applies-then-charge flows.

Can I run member tiers and recurring access?

Yes. Member tiers reserve access before public release, route Stripe per tier, and support series passes that compound across events. Built for recurring event series where members get earlier access, lower price, or exclusive tiers.

Does SocialLoop support custom registration forms?

Yes, on Business tier. Up to 10 custom questions per event, a canonical key system that auto-fills answers from the user's SocialLoop profile across events, and AI-powered form generation (describe what you want to ask; AI drafts the form).

Affiliates & community partners

Can I run an affiliate program for my event tickets?

Yes — natively. Per-tier commission rates, automated Stripe Connect payouts post-event, trackable smart links, AI-generated platform-tailored social captions per affiliate, source attribution at affiliate × campaign × link × platform granularity. The affiliate program is a feature of the platform, not a separate tool.

How do affiliates get paid on SocialLoop?

Automatically through Stripe Connect after the event closes. Each affiliate connects their Stripe account during onboarding. Commission calculates on the effective price (after discount, capped at ticket price), with a 7-day hold and a $10 minimum. No manual reconciliation, no Venmo, no spreadsheets.

Can affiliates see my guest list?

No. SocialLoop ships privacy-walled affiliate distribution. Affiliates see attribution data — which sales they drove, commission earned, real-time dashboard — but never your private attendee contact list. This is a structural fix to a category-wide trust gap.

How is SocialLoop different from PartnerStack or Rewardful?

PartnerStack and Rewardful are general-purpose affiliate platforms built for SaaS recurring revenue. They do not understand ticket tiers, event capacity, or one-time event commission cycles. SocialLoop is built natively for events: per-tier commissions, secret allotments, application-gated tickets, post-event payout cycles, AI-generated platform-tailored captions per affiliate.

AI & automation

How does the AI on SocialLoop actually help me?

AI is a layer across the platform. It drafts the event details from natural language input, generates a custom immersive invitation page per event (no templates), drafts multi-channel campaigns (email + SMS + in-app + social), generates per-affiliate captions tailored to each platform, assists with application screening, and summarizes post-event analytics. You decide; AI carries the load.

Are SocialLoop invitation pages templated?

No. Every immersive invitation page is custom-designed by AI from the event's intent — typography, layout, motion, color, all chosen for the specific gathering. Two events for the same host on the same date will not look the same. The page is the canonical landing for RSVPs and ticket sales.

Can I edit what AI generates?

Yes, every surface. AI drafts; you decide. The principle: AI should make hosts more creative, not more busy. Every detail — title, copy, ticket structure, invitation page, campaign sequence — is editable.

Privacy & data

Who owns the attendee data on SocialLoop?

You. Your attendee list is yours — exportable, portable, never sold. Affiliates do not see attendee contact data. SocialLoop's role is to operate the platform, not monetize host audiences.

Does SocialLoop sell my data or my attendees' data?

No. SocialLoop does not sell host or attendee data to third parties. See the privacy policy for the full statement.

Is my event content private if I want it to be?

Yes. Events can be discoverable (indexed publicly, eligible for /loops/[id] public landing) or private (link-only, no public listing). Application-gated and member-tier events are private by default. You control the visibility per event.

Day-of-event & post-event

How does check-in work?

Mobile check-in for staff, real-time attendance tracking, on-site upgrades for guests who decide to bump tier at the door. Capacity, waitlist, and tier counts update live in the producer studio.

What happens after the event?

Post-event flow: thank-you sequences fire, attendee data updates, member-tier upgrades trigger for repeat guests, affiliate commissions calculate against actual sales, Stripe Connect pushes payouts after the hold window, and an AI-summarized analytics report lands — what worked, which channels drove sign-ups, what to repeat.
